Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Clinical Director for the Steve Wilson Recovery Center in Gresham, Oregon. This 100% in‑person leadership role focuses on mentoring staff, improving quality of care, and partnering with community providers to support individuals with serious mental illness and co‑occurring substance use disorders.

The role involves onsite leadership with a multidisciplinary team, regular on‑call rotation, and collaboration with local health partners to advance recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Oregon State licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) in good standing.
• Minimum one year of behavioral health leadership or supervisory experience.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience with serious mental illness and co‑occurring substance use disorders and collaboration with families/community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
• Mentor and develop licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
• Drive quality improvement and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the Administrator to guide program operations and strategic initiatives.
• Build relationships with community partners throughout the Portland Metro area.
• Foster a recovery‑focused culture centered on dignity, respect, and outcomes.
