Telecare Corporation seeks a Team Lead Unlicensed professional at Deschutes Recovery Center to supervise multidisciplinary clinical staff and coordinate services for adults with complex behavioral health needs. The role involves ensuring standards of care, documentation, and collaboration with partner systems.

Qualified applicants have a Master's in Social Sciences or related field, QMHP certification, and supervisory or training experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences or Social Services and one year of mental health experience
• One year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six months
• Must have a valid QMHP Certification through MHACBO
• Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional as confirmed by State licensing board
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance in your name
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients

Responsibilities

• Assist program leadership with implementing and overseeing clinical services and care standards for clients and administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team
• Communicate with community partners and local care systems to coordinate services
• Oversee documentation by clinical staff and assist with audits of Clinical Charts for compliance
• Assist with New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for clinical staff
• Assist with recruitment, screening, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations of clinical staff
