Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Sobering and Deflection Center in Portland, OR. This full-time role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to provide support for individuals in crisis while ensuring clinical oversight and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and independent Oregon licensure, along with a strong background in behavioral health leadership, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Active Oregon licensure is necessary.
• Previous leadership experience in behavioral health preferred.
