Job summary

The Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Bautista House in Bethel, Alaska. The role provides direct integrated clinical services to residents and oversees staff, coordinating client care within policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Nursing with Mental Health specialty.
• Two years supervised experience providing behavioral health direct clinical care.
• Licensed or licensable by the State of Alaska; cross-cultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct integrated clinical services to residents of Bautista House.
• Supervise and train staff, and coordinate client care.
• Engage clients and families in a therapeutic alliance as part of the multidisciplinary team.
