Job summary

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation, Bethel, Alaska, is seeking a candidate to facilitate the daily operations of our residential facilities and associated programming. You will supervise psychiatric technicians as directed and report to the Clinical Coordinators as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, RHS certification preferred, and at least two years of supervised experience with children and families, ideally in a cross-cultural setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; RHS certification preferred.
• Two (2) years supervised experience with children and families.
• Experience in a cross-cultural setting; Native American cultures preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the daily operation of YK Residential facilities and related programming.
• Provide supervisory responsibilities for psychiatric technicians as directed.
• Report directly to facility Clinical Coordinators unless otherwise directed.
