Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; RHS certification preferred.
• Two years of supervised experience with children and families.
• Experience in cross-cultural settings preferred, especially with Native American cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; basic data-entry abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; report writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily operations of YK Residential facilities and related programming.
• Provide supervisory support for psychiatric technicians as directed.
• Report to facility Clinical Coordinators unless directed otherwise.
