Job summary

Open Door Health Services, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Practice Manager in Muncie, IN to lead daily clinic operations within the Behavioral Health department. You will drive efficiency, quality, and patient-centered care while coordinating staffing and resources in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health, you will use data to improve access, patient flow, and provider productivity, ensuring compliance and a patient-first experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience required.
• Behavioral Health clinic operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Services Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing staff, schedules, and workflows.
• Ability to interpret and act on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Behavioral Health department operations and clinic workflows.
• Support providers by removing operational barriers and coordinating necessary resources.
• Improve patient access, scheduling efficiency, and provider productivity.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and key performance indicators.
• Review operational dashboards and develop action plans for performance improvement.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
