Qualifications
- Current license to practice professional nursing in MI.
- BSN from a CCNE-accredited nursing program.
- MSN strongly preferred.
- Five+ years of progressive nursing management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing strategy aligned with mission and values.
- Coordinate clinical care across four units.
- Ensure high-quality and cost-effective patient care.
- Contribute to hospital-wide strategic planning and goals.
- Foster professional development and succession planning.
