Job summary
Southridge Behavioral Hospital seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy, align patient-centric care with the hospital mission, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective health services. You will coordinate across four units, drive governance, education, and clinical excellence, while guiding staff development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Current license to practice professional nursing in MI.
- BSN from CCNE accredited program; MSN strongly preferred.
- Five or more years of progressive nursing management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral health nursing practices and management.
- Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others’ activities with strong leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing strategy aligned with patient-centric care and hospital mission.
- Coordinate nursing services across units with a hands-on approach.
- Contribute to strategic planning and achievement of organizational goals.
- Represent nursing leadership in governance, education, and development initiatives.]
