Chief Nursing Officer / Behavioral Health

One of our clients is looking for a Chief Nursing Officer at Behavioral Health Hospital. We provide state‑of‑the‑art psychiatric care for adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns.

Job Description

Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments, and administration to ensure that all residents’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental, and cultural needs are met and, when they are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve customer complaints.

Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of all nursing personnel.

Provide clinical leadership and strategic and long‑term goals for the nursing department; anticipate and effectively manage changes in census and acuity, and allocate nursing resources based on measurement of patient acuity/care needed.

Role model expectations related to customer service and demonstrate a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety.
