Job summary

County of Colusa seeks a Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide support and clinical services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. You will connect clients with community resources, assist with transportation, housing, and employment resources, and collaborate with therapists to support treatment goals.

You will assist with assessments, treatment planning, and placement coordination for higher levels of care.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience working with the client population in either mental health or social services.
• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by specialized training in mental health or social services.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
