Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Human Services preferred.
• CPR certification preferred; NPI number or Ohio Medicaid ID required.
• Minimum 3 years in behavioral health preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide client-centered behavioral health care.
• Draft service plans and review progress regularly.
• Advocate for clients' treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with therapists, clients, and families.
• Support clients in daily living skills and independence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain documentation and billing per CARF, CMS.
