Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• QMHP Adults/Children licenses or certifications required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify in-need individuals and conduct intake and crisis intervention; complete forms for services.
• Connect clients to services, support, and resources.
• Research and locate available help outlets for identified needs; include referrals.
• Explain eligibility and maintenance processes to clients prior to applications.
• Develop individualized goals with clients and advocate with other agencies.
