Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health field with at least 1 year of behavioral health experience; or
• Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 2 years of behavioral health experience; or
• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest Care & Advocacy: coordinates care services and resources internally and in the community.
• Compliance & Risk Management: documents information and adheres to policies and regulations.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: coordinates multidisciplinary team meetings and partners with other providers.
• Additional Duties: performs other related duties as assigned.
