Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Business Development Representative for Southern California. The role promotes the facility's services and builds referral relationships with community and organizational partners, reporting to the Business Development Director.

Hours vary and may include evenings, weekends and holidays per department needs. Ideal candidates bring marketing or sales experience in behavioral health, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Three years of marketing and/or sales experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment preferred; at least one year required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or business; other experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Promote the facility's services through ethical marketing and sales methods.
• Serve as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring individuals or organizations.
• Travel as required, including day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.
• Act as Brand Ambassador to Michael's House and support business development goals.
