Job summary

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate for per diem/on-call shifts. The role involves direct client care, participation in a therapeutic program, and leading behavioral health groups in accordance with agency guidelines.

The candidate should be prepared to engage in crisis intervention, coordinate with the clinical team, and support residents with daily living activities across services including youth, crisis, detox, and geriatric care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of work experience preferred.
• Must be eligible for Agency Affiliated Counselor registration.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
• Food Worker Card required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and leads behavioral health groups following guidelines.
• Provides direct client care and supports the therapeutic program.
• Assists with crisis evaluation and risk assessment.
• Documents care notes and coordinates with clinical staff.
• Supports residents in activities of daily living as applicable.
