Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health is seeking a per diem Behavioral Health Associate to join our team. You will provide hands-on care in a structured, team-focused environment, supporting patient safety and recovery while contributing to a meaningful workplace.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with clinical staff. A high school diploma, CPR/De-escalation training, and flexibility with shifts are required or provided on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

We are seeking a per diem Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team.

Pay Range

• Base pay rate: $17-$20.25 per hour
• Weekend: $1.25/hour
• Weekday Evening: $1.25/hour
• Weekend Evening: $2.50/hour
• Overnight: $4/hour
