Acadia Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to join our team in Memphis. The role involves direct patient care, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and supporting patient recovery in a team-driven setting.

Shifts include day, evening, or overnight, all 8 hours with rotating weekends. We offer benefits and opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with similar patient populations preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation/restraint training required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
