Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to support patient safety and recovery in a structured, team-driven setting. You will provide hands-on care, maintain a therapeutic environment, and collaborate with clinical and nursing leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes empathy, safety, and professional conduct, with opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
