Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team in Germantown, TN. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused setting, helping ensure patient safety and recovery.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members
• Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety
