Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under clinical leadership, maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, and support patient recovery through empathetic, professional interactions.

You will work within a structured team setting, receive training as needed, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes safety and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation/restraint training required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.
