Job summary

You will develop counseling skills, learn to document data, and work within flexible schedules in a rural community setting with strong patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED at minimum; plan to pursue certification.
• Two years in community services preferred; ability to communicate data verbally, in writing and electronically.
• Plan with supervisor to obtain BHA-I certification and complete required hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide village-based substance use assessments and crisis stabilization.
• Deliver case management and screening services under supervision.
• Support rehabilitation services aligned with education and training.
