Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Aide to provide direct support to children, adolescents, and individuals facing behavioral, emotional, or development challenges. You will work one-on-one in homes, schools, and community settings to reinforce positive behaviors and aid skill development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and treatment teams, adherence to confidentiality, and helping clients grow toward greater independence while navigating daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Human services experience preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance, and an acceptable driving record required if providing transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions, skill-building, and supportive services to improve functioning.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using behavioral techniques and cognitive approaches to support treatment goals.
• Help individuals develop independence, social skills, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, caregivers, and guardians to support treatment plans.
• Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and accurate documentation in accordance with policies.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, trainings, and transportation activities as needed.
