Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Aide to provide direct one-on-one support to children, adolescents, and individuals facing behavioral and emotional challenges. You will implement interventions, reinforce positive behaviors, and help clients engage in home and community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Human services experience preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance, and acceptable driving record required if providing transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and supportive services to improve functioning.
• Model positive behaviors and use reinforcement, de-escalation, and CBT approaches to support goals.
• Help individuals develop independence and social skills and engage in home/community activities.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, caregivers, and guardians to support plans and consistency.
• Maintain client safety and confidentiality and document services accurately.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and transportation activities as needed.
