Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Aide to support students in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers long-term contracts with flexible hours, including evenings and weekend opportunities, enabling a tailored schedule to fit your availability.

Responsibilities include reinforcing learning and social skills with individuals or small groups, assisting with IEP implementation, and documenting daily activities to track progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• At least 2 years experience working with at-risk youth.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, TB TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification.
• Arrest or conviction records considered in accordance with LA Fair Chance Act.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate workplace decorum adhering to the schedule.
• Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and social skills.
• Assists in the implementation of the IEP and monitors progress.
• Documents daily activities for daily logs.
