Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks a Behavior Health Technician to support middle and high school students in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. You will deliver 1:1 services, implement behavioral interventions, and work within treatment teams to advance individual plans.

You will handle crisis management, track behaviors, and complete documentation weekly, including logs with your timesheet. ABA techniques will be applied in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service related field or equivalent.
• Clearances (FBI, Child Abuse ACT 126, Criminal) required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• CBH Core Trainings must be completed.
• RBT Training must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 services in schools/communities for students with behavioral challenges.
• Provide behavioral interventions and crisis management.
• Collaborate with treatment team to contribute to treatment plans.
• Monitor and document behavior; submit weekly log with timesheet.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis.
