Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavioral Aides for Richmond area schools for the 2026-27 school year. You will provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them grow and build relationships in a structured school environment.

Responsibilities include facilitating personal skill development, promoting decision-making and problem-solving, maintaining detailed logs, and relaying feedback to the Program Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Crisis prevention and de-escalation training such as MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE is required.
• CPR certification (in person) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.
