Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One or more years’ experience in healthcare admissions required; preferably in mental health or substance abuse field.

Responsibilities

• Greet and search new patients and those transporting patients upon arrival.
• Review prospective admissions against approved criteria with Admission Counselor.
• Schedule assessments of voluntary patients.
• Respond promptly to inquiry calls and manage phone duties.
• Handle data entry and required paperwork for admissions.
