Northpoint Recovery is seeking an Admissions Representative in Meridian, ID to oversee the patient admissions lifecycle and drive census. The role handles inbound/outbound lead generation via calls, emails, and chats, coordinating with multiple departments to streamline admissions.

The successful candidate will manage information collection, explain insurance options, and assist families through the admission process, while upholding Northpoint’s core values and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ year of sales experience in a call center setting preferred.
• Experience with a growing company with multiple entities preferred.
• Action-oriented with the ability to adapt to change, work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive to finish.

Responsibilities

• Handle admissions inquiries via phone, chat, email and–where applicable–in-person.
• Gather and verify patient information for admission.
• Explain insurance benefits and discuss payment options.
• Coordinate with supervisors and clinical teams on potential admissions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
