You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats, verify records, explain insurance benefits, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ year of sales experience in a call center setting preferred.
• Experience with a growing company with multiple entities preferred.
• Action-oriented with the ability to adapt to change, work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive to finish.

Responsibilities

• Cover Admissions phone line, online chats, and emails.
• Obtain complete and accurate patient information for admission.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients and families.
• Discuss payment options with patients and/or family members.
• Verify records and ensure timely receipt of documents.
• Coordinate with Clinical Team and Admissions Supervisor on admissions.
