Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Admissions Representative in Meridian, ID to manage the admissions lifecycle and drive census. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats, verify records, explain insurance benefits, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions.
The role requires at least 21 years old and preferred sales experience in a fast-paced call center. Benefits accompany full-time employment and a patient-centered approach to care.

Available Schedules: Friday-Monday 7am-5pm OR Friday-Monday 11am-9pm
Compensation: $22-26/hour

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Admissions Representative is responsible for overseeing the patient/client admissions lifecycle and consistently driving the census at each facility. This person will be managing a large amount of inbound and outbound lead generation activities including telephone calls, email communications, and online chats to prospect and develop leads. The Admissions Representative will work with multiple departments and outside vendors to ensure all goals are accomplished. As an ambassador of Northpoint, adhering to our Core Values while assisting all potential clients is paramount.
