Job summary

TreatmentX is seeking an Admissions Specialist in Boca Raton to manage client contacts, verify insurance, and screen potential admissions. You will handle inbound calls, follow up with referrals, and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and Kipu.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, familiarity with substance use/mental health procedures, and experience in admissions. This role includes coordinating transportation and following our WE CARE culture daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college experience preferred.
• Familiar with substance abuse and mental health procedures.
• Experience in the admissions process.
• Knowledge of insurance and private pay rates in conversations with clients and families.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a high-volume call center.

Responsibilities

• Lead a WE CARE culture focused on our mission to provide a transformational influence to patients and their loved ones.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients.
• Obtain insurance information, financial agreements, and all admission documentation.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships through outbound and follow-up calls.
• Identify prospective referral accounts and foster lasting relationships with those accounts.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Transport clients to and from appointments when necessary.
• Coordinate transportation for new clients.
• Complete required fields in Salesforce and Kipu templates.
