Qualifications

• 1+ years in admissions, customer service, sales, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM, phone systems, scheduling tools, or EHR/documentation.
• Able to pass background checks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, text, portal, or approved channel.
• Explain admissions process clearly and discuss program details.
• Schedule assessments and coordinate availability; move opportunities through CRM.
• Identify payor barriers, patient/family concerns, and ensure proper handoffs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally; maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Escalate risks and ensure compliance and data integrity.
