Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in sales training, sales coaching, or sales enablement, with demonstrated success developing sales teams and improving measurable performance.
• Strong practical sales knowledge supported by direct sales, sales leadership, or comparable experience coaching teams through the sales process.
• Proven experience designing and delivering structured onboarding, ongoing training, role-playing, live call coaching, and individualized development plans.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, performance scorecards, and call-quality data to identify training needs and track improvement.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple training priorities, and collaborate effectively with leaders across teams and locations.
• Experience in healthcare admissions, behavioral health, sales contact centers, or referral-based business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing sales training for new and existing Admissions and Clinical Outreach Specialists.
• Create and maintain training materials, sales playbooks, conversation guides, role-playing exercises, and skills assessments that support consistent execution.
• Adapt training to individual experience levels, learning needs, performance gaps, and changes in Company programs or processes.
• Train Admissions Specialists to establish rapport, understand prospective client needs, explain program value, address concerns, follow up effectively, and confidently ask for admissions.
• Train Clinical Outreach Specialists to engage referral partners, communicate program value, strengthen relationships, and follow through on referral opportunities.
• Monitor individual performance through Salesforce, scorecards, training observations, call audits, and coaching sessions; conduct regular one-on-one coaching.
• Reinforce adherence to admissions processes, messaging, documentation, confidentiality, and compliance; maintain training records and provide weekly performance updates.
• Partner with leadership to implement development strategies and report on training initiatives; assess readiness for performance levels and propose improvements.
• Spend approximately 50% of time traveling to support in-person training and coaching across teams and locations.
