Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a social services field is required where state law allows.
• Master's degree in social services or RN preferred.
• Current licensure as designated for the clinical specialty is preferred.

• Respond to inquiries about the facility within policy timeframes.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Perform benefit eligibility to ensure patient benefits are active at admission.
• Collaborate with medical and psychiatric personnel on referrals.
• Coordinate admission and transfer between referrals and levels of care.
• Maintain knowledge of milieu management.
• Prepare and maintain medical record documentation for payor authorization.
• Complete pre-admission assessments and communicate disposition recommendations.
• Admit the patient and complete all admission forms.
• Provide empathetic, professional service and prioritize patient safety.
