Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Direct Care Specialist to assist with the admission and orientation of program participants and to monitor patients throughout their stay, including discharges.

This role operates within our integrated behavioral healthcare facilities across Arizona, and requires a compassionate approach to both voluntary and involuntary clients. The ideal candidate holds a BHT or EMT certification, maintains a clear 39-month MVR, possesses a Level I fingerprint

Qualifikationen

• Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants of the program.
• Direct Care Specialist is also responsible for the ongoing monitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well as discharges.
