Job summary

Bridgeway is seeking a Co-Occurring Specialist (CADC/LCADC) to join a multidisciplinary core services team. You will assess mental health and substance use needs, help develop integrated goals, and lead PACT staff in co-occurring treatment.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to recovery-oriented services within a supportive team. A driver’s license and two years’ dual diagnosis experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• CADC/LCADC required.
• A minimum of two years’ experience providing dual disorder/co-occurring services.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a team member in monitoring mental health status and related variables.
• Develops substance abuse assessment, comprehensive assessment and an individualized recovery plan.
• Ensures documentation is timely and meets DMHAS/Medicaid standards.
• Provides clinical leadership for PACT staff in co-occurring treatment.
• Delivers teaching of skills to support recovery and community integration.
