  • Person-Centered Support (PCC): Operationalize Person-Centered Counseling (PCC) principles in client tracking, scheduling, and intake processes, ensuring all administrative touchpoints reflect our core values.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Tracking: Monitor client charts, authorization timelines, and staff compliance documents against NC Medicaid regulations and 10A NCAC standards.

  • Client Intake & Care Coordination: Handle incoming referrals, manage initial client intake scheduling, and coordinate communication between clinical teams, managed care organizations, and community partners.

  • Data & Record Integrity: Maintain secure, confidential, and meticulously organized physical and electronic medical records, assisting with quality assurance audits and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Behavioral Health Background: Hands-on professional or academic experience working within a mental health, substance use, or human services environment.

  • Regulatory & Clinical Literacy: Demonstrated understanding of Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs), Person-Centered Care (PCC) frameworks, and behavioral health documentation requirements.

  • Administrative Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Core Requirements: Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to clear a thorough background check and drug screening.
