Corsica River Mental Health Services (CRMHS) is seeking an administrative team member to be the welcoming face and voice of the practice. You will help clients access care, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records, collaborating with clinicians and staff to deliver a smooth, compassionate experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients, providers, and team members.
• Experience coordinating schedules and calendars is preferred.
• Able to verify insurance benefits accurately.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service and support.
• Collaborate across administrative and clinical staff to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person.
• Answer and manage incoming calls throughout the day.
• Schedule appointments and assist with provider calendars.
• Verify insurance benefits and maintain client information.
• Collaborate with staff to resolve issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
