Job summary

Ascension is seeking a part-time team member for the Behavioral Health Support Services department in Arlington Heights, IL. This day-shift role (11:00 am - 7:30 pm) at the Ascension Center for Mental Health involves front-desk greetings, handling inquiries, coordinating meetings, and data entry with verification.

Responsibilities include meeting and event support, entering information from various sources into databases, and ensuring accuracy of prints and reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with others in person, by telephone, and/or email. May receive and screen visitors and handle general inquiries.
• Assists with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs, and/or special events.
• May enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s) and verify data entered into the computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required.
• Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and one Monday a month
