Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health professional to join our Addiction Behavioral Health Services team in Westchester, IL. This full-time evening shift position (1:00 pm – 9:00 pm) supports screenings, assessments, and individualized treatment planning for patients.

You will facilitate individual, group, and family counseling, manage crises, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and engagement in care within a compassionate Catholic health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work preferred or required.
• LPC or LSW licensure required.
• CADC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Screenings & Assessments: Evaluating the severity of addiction using standardized tools.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Establishing personalized goals and interventions.
• Therapeutic Intervention: Facilitating individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Crisis Management: Providing immediate support during relapses or emergencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology

Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work

LPC or LSW licensure

CADC certification
