Job summary

Ascension Health is hiring for an Evening shift, Full-time position at the Broadview, IL facility in the Community Integrated Living Arrangement. You will support patient care, deescalate situations, and follow guidelines to adjust instruction based on progress data.

Responsibilities include reporting on client progress, assisting with property searches, and may participate in crisis response as needed. Required: high school diploma or GED and BLS Provider certification.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification preferred (American Heart Association/American Red Cross accepted).
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable experience required.
• Required licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record, and report data on client progress and adjust instruction per guidelines.
• Provide patient assistance, deescalate volatile situations, and alert team to concerns.
• Assist with search, inventory, storage, and return of patient property.
• May serve on crisis response team and participate in situational debriefs.
