Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring an ACT Nurse Type: Regular to join the Assertive Community Treatment Team. The RN will provide oversight and nursing care to individuals with behavioral health needs in the community, following crisis plans and participating in interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive services.

Requires active RN license; Bachelor's degree preferred and at least one year of nursing experience, with behavioral health nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Behavioral health nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance is required.
• Maintain company training and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow supports and services as indicated in the Crisis Plan.
• Participate as member of interdisciplinary team and CSP meetings.
• Monitor consumers and manage medication side effects and adverse reactions.
• Assist team in assessing learning needs and provide teaching as indicated.
