RHA Health Services, LLC in North Carolina is hiring an RN for the Assertive Community Treatment Team. The role provides integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization, and prevention services to individuals with behavioral health needs.

Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license; BSN preferred; at least one year of nursing experience; behavioral health experience preferred; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; CPR and training opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Requires an unencumbered Registered Nursing License.
• For certain behavioral health services additional requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipient's Crisis Plan.
• Participating as a member of interdisciplinary team, attending Person Centered Plan meetings, developing plans as requested.
• Monitoring consumers and taking action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
• Assisting team members with assessing learning needs and providing teaching as indicated.
