Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an ACT Nurse to provide nursing care and crisis intervention within a community-based team. The role focuses on behavioral health support for individuals with serious needs, using ACTT approaches and integrated crisis response.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred, with a tendency toward individuals with at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan, which is a component of all community support plans.
• Participating as member of interdisciplinary team, attending CSP meetings, developing plans as requested.
• Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
• Assisting team members with assessing learning needs of the consumers and carries out teaching as indicated.
