Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Senior Operations Lead for a 6-month contract focused on Joint Commission Behavioral Health Care readiness. You will bridge Clinical Strategy, Clinical Operations, and cross-functional teams to drive the accreditation roadmap.

The role requires translating regulatory mandates into actionable plans, managing risk, and delivering governance updates to senior leadership. Prior experience in healthcare accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare project management or operations experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional regulatory/accreditation initiatives.
• Strong strategic and project management skills with senior leadership influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate regulatory needs into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the accreditation roadmap for Joint Commission Behavioral Health and Telehealth readiness.
• Identify gaps, risks, and cross-functional dependencies; drive mitigation planning.
• Lead workstreams with clinical and operational teams; develop supporting materials and docs.
• Manage internal mock surveys, tracer activities, and readiness drills for survey readiness.
• Provide governance updates and cross-functional alignment across teams.
• Prepare concise, data-driven leadership updates highlighting milestones and risks.
