Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Navigator to provide administrative support to the Behavioral Health Provider team, school-based services, and patients.

The role involves data input into the EMR system, medication management coordination, and strong behavioral health communication. The Navigator will work closely with the Behavioral Health Director and Coordinator, manage scheduling, support patient access to behavioral health/psychiatry services, and participate in quality improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of job‑related experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic environment with administrative support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral caseload and scheduling for Behavioral Health appointments.
• Assist patients in accessing behavioral health and psychiatry services, coordinating transportation and medications.
• Coordinate continuity between Behavioral Health Providers and Primary Care Providers.
• Provide psycho-educational information to students and staff.
• Improve scheduling by addressing no-shows and cancellations.
• Utilize reports to analyze scheduling patterns and optimize appointments.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and assist with outreach.
