Zusammenfassung

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. The goal is to empower independence and dignity while respecting choices.

This role offers multiple shifts, including weekends, with a wage starting at $17.00–$20.00 per hour, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable transporting individuals served.
• 18 years or older with successful background clearance.
• Prior experience with intense high behaviors is preferred.
• IDD/mental health/psychiatric or security experience is strongly preferred.
• Good reading, writing and communication skills for documentation.

• Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served as required
  • Some positions/locations may require your own personal vehicle and auto liability insurance based on the role
