Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll work directly with individuals with developmental and medical needs, providing hands-on support, personal care, and coaching to promote independence.

Starting wage is $15.75 per hour, with multiple shifts available. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match after a year, PTO, training, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable driving to transport persons served as required.
• Some positions may require own vehicle and auto liability insurance.
• Successful background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
