Spread Your Wings, LLC is seeking a dedicated team member to provide direct support and care to individuals in our Behavioral Day Program. You will assist with activities of daily living, implement individualized programs, and contribute to a positive, structured environment.

Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities is preferred. We value patience and reliability and offer training, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with behavioral challenges or disabilities preferred.
• Direct care, caregiving or similar experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support personal care, hygiene, and dressing skills.
• Teach independent living and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized programs and support strategies.
• Document activities, behaviors, and observations for the team.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment within the program.
• Provide positive support and redirection during challenging behaviors.
